Motor Labs, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter "Motor Labs" or the "Controller"), with registered address in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP — Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by INAI.

Motor Labs collects the following categories of personal data through our website, contact forms, and direct communication:

Identification and contact data

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (where applicable)
• Company or organization name
• Job title or position

Website usage data

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time on site
• Country and city of access (general geolocation)

Sensitive data: Motor Labs does not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP.

Primary purposes (necessary for the legal relationship)

• Responding to and following up on contact and quote requests.
• Managing the contractual relationship with clients and suppliers, including the provision of software development, technology consulting, and business strategy services.
• Invoicing and tax management (CFDI).
• Complying with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in Mexico.

Secondary purposes (not necessary for the relationship)

• Sending informational communications about Motor Labs services, case studies, and updates.
• Statistical analysis and website improvement.
• Commercial prospecting.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may notify us at any time by emailing hola@motorlabs.lat with the subject line "Objection to secondary purposes." Refusing secondary purposes will not affect the contractual relationship.

Motor Labs may transfer your personal data to third parties in the following cases:

Outside of the above cases, Motor Labs will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.

Your personal data may be collected through the following channels:

• Directly: forms on the motorlabs.lat website, email, phone calls, or video calls.
• Indirectly: publicly available sources, professional platforms (LinkedIn), or third-party referrals.
• Automatically: tracking technologies such as cookies and tracking pixels (see Section VII).

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data, pursuant to the LFPDPPP.

Your request must include:

1. Full name of the data subject and, where applicable, the legal representative with supporting documentation.
2. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which rights are being exercised.
3. A mailing address or email address for receiving the response.
4. Any document that facilitates locating the data.
5. A copy of a valid official ID of the data subject.

Motor Labs will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt. If approved, changes will take effect within the following 15 business days. Both periods may be extended as provided in Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

The motorlabs.lat website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience and obtain usage statistics. The cookies used are:

• Technical / essential cookies: necessary for the basic functioning of the site. No consent required.
• Analytical cookies: used to measure visitor behavior through tools such as PostHog. Data is anonymized or pseudonymized.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the site.

Motor Labs implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, in accordance with Article 19 of the LFPDPPP. These measures include: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, and confidentiality agreements with collaborators and suppliers.

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the commercial or contractual relationship with the data subject, and thereafter for the period required by applicable Mexican tax, commercial, or other legislation (generally 5 to 10 years). Once those periods have elapsed, data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Motor Labs reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on the motorlabs.lat website. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the site or our services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
